Bill Carver

Bill Carver

Bill began his career in the water as a member of a U.S. Army Amphibious operations unit in 1979. After leaving the Army, Bill couldn’t stay away from the water and began training in surface water rescue in 1985, before moving up to diving in 1989.

Bill found he enjoyed diving so much it wasn’t long before he had attained the certification of Master Diver (PADI).

Moving over to the public safety realm, Bill began public safety diving in 2011 as a member of the Ringwood Underwater Search and Recovery team, where he eventually served as Chief.
