NePSD Payment, Cancellation, and Make-Up Policy

The cost of each program varies based on the number of students enrolled as we do offer team discounts for certain programs. All programs DO require a minimum of eight students (unless otherwise listed in the bid) to run the listed program plus the cost of the travel expenses that is also listed in the bid. We will run our programs with less than the required minimum, but the host team is still required to pay the minimum of the eight required students plus the listed travel to run the program.

Host teams and/or students paying NePSD directly must provide a Non-Refundable deposit of 25% of the program cost per student to secure a spot in ANY program or to secure dates if hosting any program. Host teams can also provide a purchase order number for the full bid amount including the listed travel to secure dates. ALL teams or students paying NePSD directly WITHOUT a purchase order must submit payment IN-FULL within 45-Days of the program start date or at the time of registration if it’s less than 45-Days from the program start date.

Cancellation & Make-Ups: Host team or any student can cancel up to 45-days from the first day of class to receive a full refund, if cancel with less than 45-Days of the first day of class you will ONLY be refunded the amount paid over the 25% Non-Refundable Deposit. If the host team used a purchase order to secure the program dates and cancelled the class less the 45-days in advance from first day of class, the team is still responsible for paying NePSD the 25% Non-Refundable required deposit for EACH registered student that is listed in the program.

If the Host team or any student decides to cancel within 29-days of the first day of the program they will receive a refund of no more than 50% of the program cost or the per student cost if paid NePSD direct, the remaining balance will be forfeited. The host team paying with a purchase order is also still responsible for paying NePSD the 25% Non-Refundable required deposit for EACH registered student that is listed in the program. If the host team or any student cancels within 14-Days or less from the first day of class, they will NOT receive ANY  type of refund or credit and will also be required to pay the makeup fee of $650 per student to NePSD prior to registering for any future classes.

Failure to Complete Program Requirements:  If any student attended all classes, did all the required course work, could not meet the requirements of the listed program, and is required to make up or remediate a class there will be a fee of $350 paid to NePSD unless a prior agreement is made in writing. If a student misses a single class and is required to make up or remediate that class to complete the requirements of the program there will be a fee of $450 charged per missed day paid to NePSD unless prior agreement is made in writing.
